On this auspicious occasion, PRCS KP calls upon all concerned parties to ensure the safety of civilians, respect for human dignity, and safe and unhindered access to humanitarian aid. Vulnerable populations must be able to receive assistance, particularly during Ramadan, when needs for food, medicine, and emergency services may increase.
