Peshawar: Chairman Farzand Ali Wazir Directs PRCS Staff to Strengthen Performance and Ensure Discipline
Peshawar – An important meeting was held at the Provincial Headquarters of the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the chairmanship of Farzand Ali Wazir, Chairman Red Crescent KP. The meeting focused on strengthening organizational performance, enhancing discipline, and reinforcing the humanitarian mission of the society.
The session was attended by Provincial Secretary Abid-ur-Rehman Marwat, Director Operations Muhammad Iqbal, Program Manager Hina Talat, and Assistant Director Admin Muhammad Daniyal Ahsan, along with other relevant officials.
Emphasis on Attendance and Punctuality
During the meeting, Chairman Farzand Ali Wazir issued clear instructions to ensure staff attendance and punctuality across all departments. He stressed that discipline, professionalism, and dedication are essential elements for any humanitarian organization striving to serve the community effectively.
He directed senior officers to motivate their respective teams to improve performance standards and enhance operational efficiency. The Chairman highlighted that the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa place great trust and hope in PRCS, and it is the collective responsibility of the organization to meet those expectations with commitment and integrity.
Strengthening Governance and Preparedness
Chairman Farzand Ali Wazir further stated that all rules and regulations of PRCS would be formally approved through the Management Committee to ensure transparency, accountability, and institutional strength. He emphasized the importance of structured governance and preparedness to face emerging challenges.
He remarked that PRCS must remain fully prepared to respond to humanitarian crises, natural disasters, and other tests that may arise. A proactive approach, strong teamwork, and adherence to established policies will enable the organization to fulfill its mandate effectively.
