PRCS Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Flood Relief Operations – Daily Update (23 August 2025)
The Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa continues to expand its Monsoon Floods 2025 relief operations, reaching thousands of vulnerable families across the province with life-saving support.
Consolidated Relief Achievements (as of 23 August 2025)
PRCS KP has reached more than 23,300 beneficiaries across flood-affected districts including Buner, Swat, Dir Lower, Shangla, Mansehra, and Swabi, with total relief assistance valued at PKR 16.41 million (USD 56,978).
Key highlights of the relief operations include:

🍲 12,772 cooked food parcels distributed (supporting 12,772 people)

🛒 200 dry food ration packages provided (1,400 beneficiaries)

🚑 2 Mobile Health Units established (260 patients treated)

💧 6,300 liters of clean drinking water supplied

🏠 45 family tents installed as temporary shelters (315 beneficiaries)

📦 85 Non-Food Item (NFI) packages distributed (595 beneficiaries)

🧼 15 Family Hygiene Kits provided (105 beneficiaries)

🫗 200 jerry cans delivered (1,400 beneficiaries)
